Securely share video evidence from Web App to Genetec Clearance™.

Before you begin

Ensure that the Clearance plugin is installed and configured in Config Tool. For information, see Downloading and installing the Clearance plugin in the Genetec Clearance Plugin Guide.

Procedure

In Web App, click Tiles from the App switcher ().
Click Browse () to display your entities.
Double-click or drag a camera entity or layout to a tile.
Right-click the tile and select Camera > Share video clips .
In the Share video clips dialog, complete the fields.
(Optional) To share video clips from multiple cameras, click , then Select a camera and complete the fields.
Enter the name or email address of recipients.

Tip:
You can search for recipients by first name, last name, or email address, then select the correct recipient from the results.
After adding a recipient, you can review and update their permissions at any time.
Click Done.
