Managing shared video clips

In Web App, use the Manage video clips dialog to review shared clips and change recipient access and permissions.

1. In Web App, click the account username and click Manage video clips.
2. (Optional) In the Manage video clips dialog, click Show more () and select Column options to change the order and visibility of columns.
   1. Select or clear the checkboxes to show or hide columns.
   2. Click and drag Reorder () next to the column names to reorder them.
3. If the list is long, you can search for the video clip you want to manage.
4. Click View video clip () to review the video you shared with recipients.
   Reviewing the clip in Genetec Clearance™ shows you exactly what the recipients see and verifies that you shared the right clip with the right people and assigned the correct permissions.
5. Click Edit access () to review or change access.
   1. If any recipients are missing, enter their name or email address and click the recipient to add them.
   2. In the drop-down next to each recipient, select an appropriate permission from the list:
      • View
      • View and download
      • Edit
      • Manage
        Note:

        When you change access in Web App, the shared video clip permissions in Clearance update automatically. For more information, see Permission Levels in Clearance.
   3. Click Save to confirm your changes.
6. Click Close to exit the dialog.
